THE ONLY SIMPLE WAY TO BURN CALORIES WITH CLIMBING STAIRS. Go to the gym and what do you see? In general, a lot of treadmills, elliptical machines, and strength and conditioning devices. At the corner somewhere is a high volume machine that either has a lot of plastic "ladders" on it, or two pedals that move up and down. This machine is known as a stair climber and allows those seeking an intense workout burns calories to do so without putting extra strain or pressure on the knees and lower back joints.

The step works the same way that I think would be based on how it sounds. Simply lock the foot into the machine, and begin to step up and down by time or distance. When you are in the process of developing a workout on a stair climber, or any other exercise device for that matter, it is important not to crazy start. You will often find that if you start at five minutes per day if it becomes fun and a challenge to go for long periods of time in the future. Whereas if you start at sixty minutes can burn and do not wish to continue the next day which is not what we want when we are trying to burn calories.
